Nature Hearts

Does the mind move so fast from one thing to the next that it forgets to look around and take in the now? Is the mind thinking of the next thing to do or the next thought it doesn’t want to forget? Is the mind so caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day rush this society has found itself in? Slow it down, explore the surrounding space and heart will be found.

Some of my well-known passions in life are nature, being outdoors, meditation and exercise; which is why I enjoy going for brisk winter strolls, where all of these joys unify in that moment. While on one of my many walks yesterday I was contemplating the abundance of blessings there are in life and as I looked down, right in front of me on the ground in the crunchy snow was a heart; one single beautiful heart carved out solely by nature. This of course got my mind churning from the blessings in life I previously had been focused on, to the thought of how incredible nature is, and the simple thought that love is all around.

If the mind is given permission to slow down, look around and breathe in what is truly in the surroundings, then the eyes will actually see many hearts that nature has to offer. It is no secret that I highly enjoy hiking, allowing my soul to soar freely through the woods, around summit lakes, various terrains and to vast mountaintops. Many of miles while hiking have offered hearts through trees, rocks and other forms of nature.

I have learned that a vast amount of humans have never seen this gorgeous artwork by nature, merely because the mind has not allowed it. Mindset and perspective play a large role in what the naked eye can see and what the soul can feel. Through my own self-growth, creating a positive mindset as a lifestyle and also meditation, I have been able to find, see, feel and experience love much more than ever before. When opening the mind, heart and soul to a higher frequency it is astounding how many more blessings are recognized, how much more love is felt and how many more hearts in nature are viewed!

Observe within, and if the mindset and perception needs some fine-tuning or adjustments it certainly is well worth the positive changes that can be made. Minds are like musical instruments and if the tuning never occurs, the beautiful music is difficult to create. Tune the mind and use the senses to fully experience and explore the many fine gems in life, such as nature hearts! The more effort put in towards fine-tuning and improvements, creates the powerful reward of a higher quality of life!

SEE THE HEARTS IN NATURE, FEEL THE LOVE, FREE THE MIND AND ALLOW THE SOUL TO FLY!

In the Sunbow blog titled “Slowing Down?” from this past Spring, (https://www.sunbowdesigns.com/post/slowing-down) it talks about just that, slowing life down and taking more of the good things in life in. For tools that can assist with self-growth, meditation and other topics; all Sunbow blogs can be helpful when improving overall mental and physical health.

Love & light my friends! xoxo
